Cat whisperer is more like a trainer who will tame and train the cats. They will have a special bond with the cats and will know virtually everything about cats. Cat whisperers will also help those cats which have suffered any sort of emotional damage and help the owners to have a good relationship with their cat. They are like any horse whisperer and have a special relation with cats. It is said that cat whisperers are like therapists who understand all sorts of cat behaviours. Normally they won’t be having any formal training in cat behaviour but only have genuine love for felines. They have the gift to understand the cat’s way of thinking and they can work to produce desired results from the cat. The best qualities of a cat whisperer are gentle handling of cats and a lot of patience. Cat whisperers know when to call up a vet and when to take things in their own hands. This helps in considerably reducing the trauma suffered by the cat.
Cats find comfort with a cat whisperer
Cats that have been abused will reject anyone’s approach other than that of a cat whisperer. Normal people will be unable to help the abused cats because they may have limited knowledge about cat behaviour. Cat whisperers can easily manage the cat without traumatising it or applying force. Whisperers will use gentle handling and proper training techniques that will help in speedy recovery of the cat. The cat whisperer will help the cats to be wonderful pets once more in their lives. A traumatised cat will be affected both physically and mentally. Under these situations patience and love will only help in bringing the cat to normalcy. This can be done by a cat whisperer and they will help in providing love and care to the cat and help it to be normal again. Cat whisperers do not keep Feral cat colony rather cats come one after another. Sometimes more than one cat will turn up at the same time.
Helping your cat
The need for cat whisperers are increasing and owners are approaching these people if their cat needs attention. More and more people are pursuing this stream and following their love for animals. The recent years have seen a rise in the population of cat whisperers that is a very positive sign. Internet helps you to reach these people easily and this is a good thing for your cat as it will get better attention. Cats don’t speak the language of humans and so they are not able to effectively tell the owners about their needs. This causes serious problems and your cat is affected badly. Cat whisperers speak for the cats and they act as the bridge between cats and their owners. We have to understand that cats are also living beings and we should understand their needs and give them their own space. In order to give the best for the cats their owners can consult with cat whisperers to know more about these four legged creatures.

Hi,
I have a 2 year old tabby girl whom we brought from a private seller aged 6 weeks. She is a domestic cat and her name is Cocoa.
She has a poor temperament whereby she hisses, scratches and bites.
She isn’t so bad with me but she is unfriendly around my partner (who has been around her as long as I have) and when we have guests.
In saying that, she is super affectionate whenever she wants feeding or when she has just woken up.
I find this becoming more stressful as her unsocial behaviour has led my partner saying “if she doesn’t behave, we’ll have to put her in a home.” He gets upset because we provide her with so much love yet he feels our cat is ungrateful.
We always see cat snuggling up/brushing against to their owners/strangers and we see cats that allows them to be held – that would only be a dream come true for me.
We have toys for her to play with; she lives in a warm and cosy home and has lots to eat. We’ve searched on the net about misbehaving cats and tried out various suggestions.
I really don’t want to get rid of her. My partner brought me Cocoa after my miscarriage and she means a great deal to me. She really is like family.
Can you please help me? Can someone come out to tame her, similar to dog-whisperer but for felines?
She really does mean so much to me and would hate to let her go.
I hope to hear from you soon.
